ABOUT US

Our reputation has been founded by using the finest quality ingredients, from our freshly baked sponge cakes available in a choice of flavours, to our very own family recipe,  rich hand-made fruit cakes, lovingly matured & fed with quality French brandy. We spend hours meticulously hand crafting every sugar detail, from a child's novelty cake to a multi tiered wedding cake, we give every piece the utmost care & attention.

SUE

OWNER / PARTNER
Sue, studied at Highbury College Portsmouth and is a qualified Chef with over thirty years catering experience. Sue is the head baker & primary Wedding cake artist, making all our delicate hand made sugar flowers and adding the feminine touch to all our Fondantly-yours cake studio creations.

JIM

OWNER / PARTNER
Jim is a self taught cake decorator & artist, making most of  the hand made sugar models, caricatures & figures, He's also the resident airbrush artist & edible printing guru.  Good with a blade he also makes most of our carved cakes including our fabulous cars. 
The combination of our different skills makes for a great team.
